why RŌL tv?
We don’t train for 40 hours a week like the professionals do, and we needed a way to speed up our learning with the limited time we had. We didn’t feel like we were truly learning much by learning random techniques, and we didn’t want to spend years developing bad habits or taking the wrong path only to realize we needed to correct our sloppy technique later in our development.
I have developed a comprehensive, conceptual, and mechanical approach to grappling that will elevate your understanding of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, regardless of your athletic abilities or lack thereof.
