Little Kids
Welcome to week #11 - In Week 11 of the Little Kids class, we’ll focus on the Arm Lock from Top Control. Our young grapplers will practice maintaining strong top control and transitioning into this submission technique. It’s going to be a fun and exciting week of learning on the mats!
Kids All Levels
Welcome to week #11 - In Week 11 of the All Levels Kids class, we’ll be working on two key techniques. First, the Arm Lock from Top Control, where students will learn how to secure a strong top position and transition into a submission. Then, we’ll dive into the Top Control Escape (ankle drag over), teaching our kids how to escape from being pinned under top control. It’s going to be an action-packed week of skill-building and fun!
Kids Intermediate
Welcome to week #13 - In Week 13 of the Kids Intermediate class, we’ll be focusing on two powerful techniques. First, students will practice transitioning from a Clinch to a Single Leg Takedown, a fundamental move to take control of their opponent. Next, we’ll introduce the Arm-in Triangle Choke from Top Control, teaching them how to apply this submission effectively from a dominant position. It’s going to be a week full of exciting drills and progress on the mats!
Kids Advanced
Join us for week #11 - In Week 11 of the Kids Advanced class, the focus will be on Guard Attacks. Students will learn how to efficiently set up and execute submissions and sweeps from the Guard position, turning a defensive posture into offensive opportunities. This week’s training will sharpen their ability to control their opponent and apply pressure from the Guard, preparing them for more dynamic exchanges. It’s going to be a great week of development and skill-building!
