For me coming to the academy during difficult times has helped me shift my mindset, we ALL have very difficult moments in our personal lives. For me it has always been my therapy whether I'm up to it or not, my mindset is to show up I know what ever is going on outside it's not going to change but it always makes me reflect on a better outcome in a positive way and been true to myself.
