Question of the week??? How much do you feel jujitsu is a mental and how much is a Physical challenge, I personal feel its 80 % MENTALLY and 20% physical, what are your thoughts ??????

Question of the week. How Importantly do you feel it is to stay healthy and physically strong to continue your jujitsu journey? I personally feel you have to maintain good health overall mentally and physically in order to progress. What are your thoughts??

For me coming to the academy during difficult times has helped me shift my mindset, we ALL have very difficult moments in our personal lives. For me it has always been my therapy whether I'm up to it or not, my mindset is to show up I know what ever is going on outside it's not going to change but it always makes me reflect on a better outcome in a positive way and been true to myself.
