I think Daniel Bianchi's point of staying connected to training partners is very underrated. If I can't train for whatever reason I try to get some runs in to keep the cardio going.
Watching reels or an instructional is great but I need to have a purpose. Otherwise it becomes scrolling and the intention is lost. I try to use these down times of training to do research for class topics. When I'm doing this I become very intention and write down details I feel are important at the time. And if the down time is prolonged its a good time to make diet adjustments if needed or not go crazy. Sometimes getting back on the mats is rough but if we've let our diet choices go, it can make it even harder.

This week advanced gi will focus on putting together everything from the last few weeks to build a system of what to do when each attack is stopped. It'll be a great opportunity to get a bunch of reps in!
