I enjoy both but prefer gi. I can slow all of you youngsters down. 

I do enjoy watching the game evolve in no gi. All these young adults that have been training since they were barely out of diapers and now they’re coming up on their black belts is absolutely amazing to watch. 

We’re still working closed guard! We’ve got some great sweeps and passes this week.
