One of my all time favโ€™s I really enjoy how you explain the twist to avoid your opponent landing on you. Great job!

Thomas Rozdzynski๐Ÿ‘ Watched a video on Gordon Ryan the other day. How holding one arm while losing a hook is like a chess match while slithering the arm under the neck for the RNC. Seems simple as you said but could be a tussle.

Getting those hooks out, while avoiding the choke.ย

What an eye opening experience. This class made me appreciate not just BJJ but the art of teaching it. The videos were enriching and informative. Combine that with a hands on workshop that was one of a kind. It tipped the scale for myself because Professor Thomas teaches a self discovery approach to understand and communicate effectively. And not only to be heard but understood. From commanding a room to captivating people's attention from any age and any walk of life. A must for any BJJ practitioner.

I was leery. Totally clueless. Now Iโ€™m just semi clueless. But sparring was a big question mark. Considered what I thought sparring was. I had a total misconception. I was never into wrestling and when you watch BJJ it was often confusing. I figured that I had to trust the people I sparred with. Because they already knew I knew nothing. They were very encouraging and gave me very good advice.ย
