Welcome to week #15 - Welcome to Week #15! This week at Gi All Levels, we're honing in on techniques from the Turtle position. We'll begin by mastering the Transition from Turtle to Back Control, a crucial move for gaining an advantageous position. Next, we'll dive into the Turtle Escape with a Knee Grip, followed by the Turtle Escape using the Outside Arm. Get ready for an engaging and educational week on the mats at Gi All Levels!

Little Kids

Welcome to week #9 - This week in our Little Kids class, we'll be focusing on the Bearhug Escape (without arms). Our young grapplers will learn how to break free from this hold and regain control. It's going to be an exciting week full of fun and learning as they master this essential escape technique!


Kids All Levels

Welcome to week #9 - This week in our All Levels Kids class, we're honing our skills on escaping from Back Control. Our students will start by learning the Back Control Escape using the bridge technique, focusing on using leverage to create space. Then, they'll practice the Back Control Escape using the single leg method, which emphasizes movement and technique to regain a dominant position. Get ready for a week full of skill-building and fun as our young grapplers master these essential escapes!


Kids Intermediate

Welcome to week #15 - This week in Kids Intermediate, we will be focusing on effective submissions from the top position. Our young grapplers will kick off by learning the Key Lock from Top Control, honing their ability to secure and finish this submission. After gaining confidence with the Key Lock, they'll progress to mastering the Arm Lock from Top Control, ensuring they understand both the setup and execution. It's going to be an exciting week of detailed instruction and hands-on practice, enhancing their submission skills on the mats!


Kids Advanced
