Gi All Levels

Welcome to week #3 - This week in our Adult All Levels class, we’ll be focusing on essential techniques to enhance your guard game. We’ll start with the Guard Pull to get you into a strong position, followed by the Scissor Sweep from Guard. We’ll also cover a variation of the Scissor Sweep with a wide knee post to add versatility to your sweeps. Get ready for an engaging week of training and progression!

Week 25: Half Guard - Half Guard Defense

This week in our Gi Intermediate class, we're focusing on Half Guard Defense. We’ll be exploring key strategies to effectively defend and counter from the half guard position. Whether you're maintaining control or looking to escape, this week's training will help you build a solid defensive foundation in half guard. Prepare for a week of refining your technique and enhancing your overall guard game!

Little Kids

Welcome to week #3 - This week in our Little Kids class, we're focusing on the Arm Drag. Our young grapplers will learn how to use this fundamental technique to create opportunities for control and takedowns. It’s going to be a fun and energetic week as they build confidence and refine their skills on the mats!


Kids All Levels

Welcome to week #3 - This week in our Kids All Levels class, we’re focusing on combining the Arm Drag with the Bearhug Takedown. Our students will learn how to smoothly transition from the Arm Drag into a strong Bearhug position, leading to effective takedowns. It’s going to be an action-packed week as we work on building solid fundamentals and dynamic movement!


Kids Intermediate

Welcome to week #5 - This week in our Kids Intermediate class, we’ll be diving into some powerful techniques. We’ll start with the Drop Seoi-nage, a dynamic throw that’s all about leverage and timing. Then, we’ll work on the Kimura Lock from Side Control, followed by transitioning into the Kimura Lock from North/South position. It’s going to be a week full of skill-building and strategic grappling on the mats!
