In Intermediate Gi we will work on higher level concepts of escaping the Back Control and S-Mount. 

Stand up and Drill we are starting a new segment focusing on Osoto-Gari and tons of setups and entries. 

Great protocol, loved doing this one. 

Trust for me… trust they will not hurt you. Trust they will allow up to grow and provide feedback. Trust they will challenge you sand not just give it to you.
