I love this week in the Interm Class. We will simply One of the the most challenging topics in grappling… Side Control Escapes.

Often time we transition to Top Control yet we get bumped off and lose the position. This week we put a lot of attention on control the top, and hunting some of the attacks.  Always keep in mind one of the most important concepts in Jiu Jitsu - Position before submission

Knee on Belly... do I need to say more haha... We will connect Kimura Lock from last week with Knee on Belly. Great opportunity to build a strong attack system. 

Just so it happens both All Levels and Interm class will focus on Side Control attacks. This is a great opportunity for all students to develop a strong approach to control from the side. See you guys on the mat 👊🏻
