Anyone willing to use technique over power especially when going against someone smaller - this is huge. Julie, Tim, Edgar, Russ, Kyle K - So many awesome partners.

Knowing your limitations, but using them to your advantage rather than seeing them as a disadvantage. For example, creating and using small spaces.

I’ve been an instructor already for a little bit but these videos are great to refer to and reflect back gathering information as a continued education as a practicing Jiu Jitsu instructor. I can see how helpful these could be for a beginning instructor as well. 👍🏻👍🏻
