What works and what doesn’t. Journal or look it up on line. Then drill, identify the moment to employ technique and execute in a roll. Some techniques are for some and others are not. Identify what works for you. And use it. Another is the details. Find them and reflect on them. They can be the difference between success and failure.

All of these are great answers. Public speaking is huge, interacting with others bingo. But adhering to a technique and making it muscle memory is where it’s at for me. Not thinking but performing. Be an artist.
