Little Kids

Welcome to week #12 - This week in our Little Kids class, we'll be concentrating on the Kimura Bump. Our young grapplers will learn how to effectively use this technique to gain control and improve their position. It's going to be an exciting week full of fun and learning on the mats!


Kids All Levels

Welcome to week #12 - This week in our All Levels Kids class, we’re focusing on the Open Guard Sitting position. Our students will practice maintaining control and learn two key techniques: the Open Guard Sitting and the Scissor Sweep. Get ready for an action-packed week filled with skill-building and fun!


Kids Intermediate

Welcome to week #18 - This week in our Kids Intermediate class, we’re focusing on dynamic throws and submissions. Our students will begin by learning the Drop Seoi-nage, a powerful throwing technique. Then, they'll work on the Triangle from Closed Guard, adding an effective submission to their skill set. Little Kids

Welcome to week #11 - This week in our Little Kids class, we'll be focusing on submitting from Top Control. Our young grapplers will learn one of the most common Submissions in Jiu Jitsu, the Arm Lock from Top Control. It's going to be an exciting week full of fun and learning as they master this common Submission!


Kids All Levels

Welcome to week #11 - This week in our All Levels Kids class, we’re focusing on Top Control. Our students will start by learning how to apply an effective Arm Lock from Top Control. Following that, they'll practice the Top Control Escape using the hip escape technique. Get ready for a fun and action-packed week of skill-building on the mats!

Welcome to week #17 - This week in Kids Intermediate, we'll be concentrating on takedowns and passing guard. Our students will begin by learning the Ankle Pick, an effective takedown technique.
