Little Kids
Welcome to week #2 - This week in our Little Kids class, we’ll be focusing on the Chest Grip Escape (up grip). Our young grapplers will learn how to safely and effectively break free from an opponent's grip. It’s going to be a week full of fun and learning as we build confidence and skills on the mats!

Little Kids
Welcome to week #1 - This week in our Little Kids class we will be teaching the kids one of the most powerful takedowns in Jiu Jitsu - the Double Leg Takedown. Introducing our younger students on the concepts of these powerful techniques is important to their growth through Jiu Jitsu, so we will be working on repetitions to set them up for success!

Welcome to week #1 - This week in our All Levels Kids class, we’re focusing the Single Leg Takedown and the Defense for the Single Leg. This is a great way for our students to see both sides of the concept, from setting up and executing the Single Leg from the Clinch position to learning how to defend it properly is key.
