In Kids Advance NoGi, we will also focus on the Arm-in Choke but we'll continue from where we left off last week with a set up from the S-Mount position.

In NoGi Advanced we will focus our attention on defending/escaping a kimura attempt from inside our opponent's closed guard.  We will go over an early defense, middle stage defense, late escape and super late escape.

The single leg https://rolacademy.tv/programs/punch-up-single-dab26f?category_id=89561

More specifically, the sweep single which I see isn't on ROL TV so I might have to get somebody to film it with me 🤔

In NoGi Adv we will continue with our arm lock defense/escapes but from the mount position.  We cover an early, mid stage, and late escape.

This week in Adv NoGi since we will focus on utilizing the gift wrap from the S-Mount position to either perform a back take or an arm lock.

In Kids Advanced NoGi on Thu and Sat we will be focusing on two submissions from top side control: the D'acrce choke and the Kimura.  Both are great options when our partner is battling for their underhook.  Since we heavily emphasized getting our own underhook when on bottom 2 weeks ago we'll look at how to counter it with these two awesome attacks.

We will be starting a new block in NoGi Advanced focusing on submission defense/escapes.  This week we will defending/escaping an arm lock from inside our partner's guard.  We'll be looking at defending the hands/grips, escaping the top lock, and lastly defending the top leg to eventually escape from the attack.

Coach John will be out this week so I'll be covering NoGi Advance where we'll be focusing on getting to the pinch headlock from half guard.  From there we'll get into a half butterfly and use our pinch headlock to either take our partner's back, get into a far side sumi gaeshi sweep, or near side sumi gaeshi sweep.
