Great time in Fundamentals this week we’ll be sweeping, opening, or retaining guard. We have two WBMK at the beginning and the end of the week. Stop on by and sharpen your skills.

Working on the finer things. What constitutes a frame, cleaner submission, sort of bullet proof what I can allowing for 2 alternatives if possible. Building technique all the way to the submission promised land. 

I would say, don’t give up. Keep pushing. It’s a long journey, enjoy every minute on the mat. Control is more important than the submission. It takes time be patient. 

3 WBMK techniques this Tuesday at 7pm. 1 standing and 2 from the dreaded side control. 

Great job Tyler. For me, I would like to delve further into the invisible BJJ world. Ever since, Henry Akins, Scott Burr and our very own Professor Thomas, I’ve been intrigued by, leverage, gravity, and timing. 

Self defence for me.  Like Marc had said. Too rules. Strikes are a real thing. Gotta prepare for the worst.

Great work Larry. Overcoming many obstacles on and off the mat. Tough to go somewhere and get beat up for fun. Fortunately these are the normal prerequisites to BJJ. Congrats on the promotion and the award well deserved. Just keep showing up OSS.
