Great question. All of whaat Dan and Gary said. Another phrase that comes to mind. Just show up. But I like to add have a purpose when you do show up. Work on a part of your game consistently till you know it inside and out. But to also stay positive. Even on rough days. Showing up means everything.

What works and what doesn’t. Journal or look it up on line. Then drill, identify the moment to employ technique and execute in a roll. Some techniques are for some and others are not. Identify what works for you. And use it. Another is the details. Find them and reflect on them. They can be the difference between success and failure.
