Welcome to week #6 - This week, we'll be focusing on escaping from top control, starting with the Re-Guard technique to regain a more advantageous position. We'll also dive into two powerful submissions from top control: the Cross Choke and the Baseball Choke. It's going to be a week of sharpening both your defense and your offense. Little Kids

Welcome to week #6 - In Week 6 of the Little Kids class, we'll be focusing on a key submission technique: the Arm Lock from Knee on Belly (near arm). Our young grapplers will practice controlling their opponent from the dominant Knee on Belly position before transitioning smoothly into the Arm Lock. It's going to be an exciting week of skill development and fun on the mats!


Kids All Levels

Welcome to week #6 - In Week 6 of our Kids All Levels class, the focus will be on mastering submissions from the Knee on Belly position. The students will learn two powerful techniques: the Arm Lock from Knee on Belly (near arm) and the Arm Lock from Knee on Belly (far arm). Get ready for a week of dynamic training and building strong submission skills!


Kids Intermediate

Welcome to week #8 - In Week 8 of our Kids Gi Intermediate class, we’re diving into a combination of takedowns and ground transitions. The students will work on the Ouchi-gari, a key inside leg trip for effective takedowns. They’ll also learn how to transition from Bottom Half Guard to Back Control, an essential skill for gaining a dominant position. It’s going to be an exciting week of technical growth and strategy!


Kids Advanced

Join us for week #6 - In Week 7 of our Kids Advanced class, the focus will be on Turtle Choke Attacks. Students will explore a variety of choke techniques that can be applied from the turtle position, honing their ability to capitalize on this defensive posture and turn it into an opportunity for submission.
