The most challenging part for me was not having a goal. I felt so overwhelmed with all of the information provided, and i did not know what to focus on. I felt lost. Even after being told as a white belt i am supposed to survive, i didn't know what that meant.
After Prof Thomas mentioned training with a purpose, any purpose, i was able to narrow my focus on a week by week basis, such as:
Just show up; Make it through the warm-up 100%; Watch videos before every class;
