Busy week ahead guys… Gi Interm will focus on Top Control attacks from chokes to Arm Locks 

Balance... I used to find myself as very uncoordinated and not balanced.  It took me to a long time to figure out how to use gravity to my advantage. Once I was able to wrap my head around it, it took a lot of practice, a lot of trim, error, and to be honest a lot of failures, to really become efficient at it... I'm still working on it.

Intermediate Gi will focus on escaping top mount. Let’s develop an system how not to get smashed 💥
