Takedowns all week long in the adv kids class, specifically we will focus on Ankle Picks

Back Control escapes are on the menu this week. DECA will be on forefront of the conversation in the Interm class.

Adv kids will continue with Lasso Guard, however this week we will explore attacks and submissions. 

Guys, it's going to be a great week. Not only transitioning from Guard to Back, but also control the back. We will discuss a lot of details we you don't want to miss

After deeper understanding of s-mount from offensive and defensive perspective, this week we will dig deep into to gift wrap 🎁 position 

Intermediate Gi crew will focus on Escapes from S-mount, but not just any escapes... we will dig into a Deep Half Guard 💫
