Kids Advanced will continue with Side Control Escapes. Lots and lots of drilling coming this week.

Advanced class will be very important, it's all about Side Control escapes.  Some consider this the most challenging and the most important part of Jiu Jitsu. 

Last week we worked on attacking Turtle, this week it's time to escape. Balance and mechanics will be the key to your success. See you on the mat
