Gi Interm we will continue working on Side Control escapes. 

Stand up class will switch focus to Kouchi Gari and Ouchi Gari system. We will focus on inside tripping and sweeping the entire month of June. 

Kids Advanced… no class Monday but Wednesday and Friday we will explode body lock or otherwise known as body triangle. Awesome week ahead. 

70% of questions I receive surround “how do I escape side control” or “how not to get smashed”… this week we will answer those. No Monday class, but starting Wednesday we will dig in and explode magic of escaping side control.
