I agree with Russell Usauskas - 2 days is a minimum to maintain and what we have. 4 - 5 days would be a good amount to continue progressing. Mobility and strength would be part of it. 

I will be the first one to admit it I used to not wash my belt for many many many years. However, after pandemic, I have changed my mind. No judgment towards anyone, but my belt is clean, I also have a backup belt just in case.

Both Gi and NoGi classes will focus on Side Control escapes, arguable the most challenging position to escape from.  Not only we will analyze the techniques, but also we will focus on the general concepts of escaping to help you understand the process of defending and escaping.
