Just so it happens both All Levels and Interm class will focus on Side Control attacks. This is a great opportunity for all students to develop a strong approach to control from the side. See you guys on the mat 👊🏻

This is going to be a great week...

I'm back in town from California and I'm stocked about Back Control escapes in Interm Gi Class but also NoGi Inter class will talk about some Arm Drags and Take Downs. You don't want to miss those classes, it will be a good week of training.
