Basically stayed them same process for me. Study what I am trying to do, get some drilling in, so I can learn the fundamental movements and why, then try to implement that into live rolling as much as possible. 

Key thing at that point is you are going fail a bunch of times with resisting opponents learning something new.  That failure is good and helps me learn.  I go back and do loops of study/live or positional rolls/fail until you learn all these little details and reactions of a fully resisting opponent and can start hitting stuff consistently on better and better opponents.

Adv No Gi - Continuing on with the kimura block.  Will be getting into the meat and potatoes of all your partner's main defenses.  The next few weeks will all build off each other.  Don't miss out.

No Gi Adv will be continuing the Kimura Block.  We will be getting into the beginning of the defenses your partner can give you and build off there to have a bunch of answers.

Start of a new block for me.  Starting all things kimura's.  If you were there for my workshop on Saturday, you will have a good head start into the block.  A lot more to get into though.

No Gi Adv - Last class of the back control block. Will go into secondary attacks or armbars and triangles.  

Saturday - Doing a workshop on north south Kimuras and sequencing from there.  Hope to see you there.

Hard to narrow it down to one as there are many from different positions.  Big one from me is from one of my first instructionals I got from Tom DeBlass's half guard.  "Head over head, and hips over hips".  If playing the bottom half guard underhook game, am I forcing my partners head and hips over mine.  Success rate went up so much controlling the posture from there and let me down the path of diving into half guard for years to come.

Adv. No Gi will be continuing on with the back attack block.  We will recap the straight jacket system and then move on to secondary attacks.

Adv No Gi - Cont the back attack block.  Getting into the Straight jacket system.  Will learn a hand fighting system to trap your partner's arms and then be able to use all the chokes we learned last week.
