One of my favorite weeks, the Kimura! Use it as a submission or a sweep! It’s going to be a good week 

Something that I struggled with for a while was not rushing to finish a submission. Once I got in an advantageous position, I always felt the need to jump to the finish. It took me a while to slow down and make the submission inevitable, not something that you achieved by luck or surprise! 

This week in All Levels we will be looking at the triangle choke from guard. A very awesome and powerful way to submit your partner. Make sure to show up and check it out! 

You have to have a go to escape when stuck in bottom mount. No better one to learn than the trap bridge and roll. Make sure to come check it out this week! 

We got a couple of guard passes this week. Come check out how to use pressure to move from guard to side control! 

Make sure to come out and learn a guillotine defense. Last place you want to be is thinking you’re going to take your partner down and find yourself in a guillotine!
