Little bit of everything going into the week. The transition from closed guard to back control is one of my favorites…let’s break it down and have some fun!!

Depends on the day. If i’m learning something new that’s my goal…at all cost. If I’m not going in with something particular in mind than I want to look for deficiencies in my partners game. 

I think closed guard is my favorite. I can control my opponent and get submissions. 

Lots of offense from the guard this week! Gonna be fun classes.

Big week of working from the guard in fundamentals! I love being offensive from closed guard so make sure you’re at the 6am class to go over the small details.

Realistically, if you train for sport or self defense every fight starts on the feet.
