The further along I get in my journey it’s more mentally challenging. I feel pretty good about conserving energy and not muscling technique but I see more openings and missed opportunities. When I do get in a bad spot, typically, I know what I did wrong to get there.

This week in all levels we take on the turtle position. This can be an intimidating position so we’ll cover 1 way to transition to the back and 2 ways to get out of turtle.
