Gi All Levels

Welcome to week #4 - This week in our All Levels class, we’re focusing on essential skills to elevate your game. We’ll begin with Grip Escapes, specifically addressing the Shoulder Grip, to help you break free from your opponent's control. Next, we’ll dive into Guard Retention, where you’ll learn how to reset the guard and maintain a strong defensive position. Finally, we’ll wrap up with the Tripod Sweep from Guard, a versatile technique to help you turn the tables and gain the upper hand. Get ready for a week of dynamic and practical training!

Week 26: Half Guard - Half Guard Sweeps - In this week’s Gi Intermediate class, we’ll be focusing on Half Guard Sweeps. You’ll learn how to effectively use the half guard to off-balance your opponent and execute powerful sweeps. The techniques covered will help you transition from a defensive position to an advantageous one, setting you up for dominant control or submission opportunities. Prepare for a week of technical drilling and strategic movement that will sharpen your skills from Half Guard.

To finish, we’ll dive into the D'arce Choke from Side Control, giving you a powerful submission option once you've established control. Get ready for a week of technical drills and strategic development!

This week for ROL KIDS!  8/26/24


Little Kids

Welcome to week #4 - This week in our Little Kids class, we’re focusing on Tackle Defense. Our young grapplers will learn how to defend against a tackle by using the sprawl technique, transitioning smoothly into the turtle position. It's going to be a fun and energetic week filled with important defensive skills!


Kids All Levels

Welcome to week #4 - In our All Levels Kids class, we’ll be working on Tackle Defense, specifically the Sprawl to Turtle technique. The students will also learn how to transition from the Turtle position to gaining Back Control. It’s going to be an exciting week of developing both defense and control skills on the mats!


Kids Intermediate

Welcome to week #6 - In the Kids Intermediate class, we’re focusing on mastering Kouchi-gari, a fundamental foot sweep that sets up effective takedowns. Alongside this, the students will work on the Side Control Escape using the double under method, enhancing their ability to regain a dominant position. Get ready for a week full of dynamic drills and skill-building!


Kids Advanced

Join us for week #4 - This week in Kids Advanced, we're diving into Attacks from Back Control. Students will learn how to maintain strong back control while setting up and executing various submissions. We'll focus on refining their ability to capitalize on this dominant position, ensuring they can smoothly transition between attacks. It's going to be an intense and highly technical week on the mats!
