Many consider Side Control as one of the most dominant positions in grappling and Jiu Jitsu.  After 3 weeks of defending and escaping 🛡️, this week we will explore attacks 🔨 Get ready to step up your game, connect attacks and become unstoppable 💥

Gi Interm we will continue working on Side Control escapes. 

Stand up class will switch focus to Kouchi Gari and Ouchi Gari system. We will focus on inside tripping and sweeping the entire month of June.
