For me personally, it would be "stop being a meathead and train smart" 20+ years ago life was different, Jiu Jitsu training was different. Today we are much smarter about it, by investing into recovery and intelligent training we not only can increase our success, but also minimize a lot of the unnecessary injuries.Jimmy Sinclair,  Brandon Fogerty, Maria Kialanda and Jim vranas what would you advice would you give yourself on your first day on Jiu Jitsu?
