Transition point are some of the most vulnerable moments in grappling.  Gi Interm class will focus specifically on that - transitions to the Back Control. This will be important one. Take a moment and review Back Control category in our Library to set yourself for success 👊🏻

This is a such challenging question... I really do wonder you guys feel about it, for me it's more mentally stimulating than physically. There is definitively a physical component to Jiu Jitsu, but without troubleshooting and making good decisions, I'm not sure how far we will get...

Masting Keen on Belly attacks is on the menu this week in Kids Adv class. It's a short week, so we will put a lot of focus on the drilling.
