This is a such challenging question... I really do wonder you guys feel about it, for me it's more mentally stimulating than physically. There is definitively a physical component to Jiu Jitsu, but without troubleshooting and making good decisions, I'm not sure how far we will get...

Masting Keen on Belly attacks is on the menu this week in Kids Adv class. It's a short week, so we will put a lot of focus on the drilling.

Knee on Belly is one of the most mobile and agile position from top. Advanced kids will work control, mobility and executing the opportunities to finish. Great week ahead.
