New schedule this week.  Reminder, no more No Gi Adv.  Make sure to still be getting your reps in at No Gi Int.  Some awesome stuff going on this week!

Only 2 weeks of this block for Adv. No Gi.  Going through all the details to beat the upper body frames and start smashing your way through to pass.  Don't miss it!

Don't miss the continuation on Adv. No Gi.  Continuing on the overback grip and looking to transition from passing to attacking the legs!

If you want extra reps on the half guard reps we you have been working on, Int. No Gi is also on a half guard week. 

Continue to build a plan to pass Top Half Guard in Adv No Gi!  Nearing the end of the block and getting into really cool passes.

Don't miss Int. No Gi either.  That string of submissions is one of my favorite and you have so many attacks.

Awesome week in No Gi Adv with the overback grip.  Been used at the highest levels of BJJ.  A great way to start winning position against a good half guard player.

No Gi Advanced is continuing along passing bottom half guard.  This block continually builds off itself.  Don't miss this week!

Adv. No Gi is going is starting going over passing half guard.  One of my favortie ways to pass.  Don't miss it.
