New block starts this Friday for No Gi Adv.  We will be going over Bottom Half Guard attacks.  Concentrating on far side arm and leg attacks/sweeps.

Adv No Gi is the last week of the 2 month block of Mount.  We will be doing review and discussing more on linking together the entire system.

Adv No Gi has 2 weeks left of mount. Going over mounted crucifix attacks. Fun week ahead!

Adv. No Gi will be continuing on from our Mount series.  Main focus will be mounted triangles this week.

Adv No Gi will be continuing on with the mount series. We will look at attacks when getting double unders this week. Arm bars, Americana, Kimura, wrist locks. Lots of option to play with. 

No Gi Advanced will be getting into attacks. We know how to get to mount with underhooks already, so we are looking into the arm triangle this week.  

No Gi Advanced will continue Mount series with a final technique to get to mount with underhooks already.  Also touch on how to get an underhook if have achieved mount without an upper body control.

No Gi Advanced on Friday will continue on with Mount Attacks.  Continuing on pinning and getting to mount with underhook(s).  

No Gi Advanced is starting back up.  Class has shifted to Friday's at 7pm.  We will be going through an entire Mount attack series.  Hope to see you there!
