Adv No gi will be continuing on Pin Escapes.  Doing a quick review of last week and then getting into Side Control.

New block starting is pin escapes in No Gi Adv.  Since we have been working on bottom half guard, starting with escapes from bottom half when things go wrong and you are flattened and getting smashed by your partner.

I definitely wash.  I use to do stupid superstitious stuff for baseball in high school/college, but this tradition doesn't make any sense to me.  Clean and no spreading infections for me!  And for all the people that don't like losing stripes, put some super glue on the tape and they won't fall off in the wash.

No Gi Adv - We will be looking at Choi bars this week and all the follow up attacks. 

No Gi Adv. will continue off the Kimura series and look at the T-Kimura position.  We ended up there multiple times in the previous weeks so we would add some knowledge from that position.     

No Gi Adv - Continuing the bottom half guard block.  We will be building off last week and looking at attacks from kimura's when you partner is able to defend and you cannot get his hand behind his back.  

2 weeks of Kimura's coming up in No Gi Adv.  Learn how to use the grip to move into other attacks/sweeps!
