Drink water with some electrolyte mix or a pinch of himalayan salt as soon as I can after. Get the best sleep I can and as much of it as possible.

Definitely both have played in aspects. If forced to pick one, I would say physical. Between staying healthy, keeping the weight off, training at the pace I want, physical has played a larger role at affecting my personal BJJ. They way my mind works seems to naturally translate well to learning and remembering my game. That seems to be unique especially when discussing the learning process with my wife, who's mind is completely different for learning BJJ.
