No Advanced No Gi this week due to the holidays.  No Gi intermediate is a great week of half guard passing that will help you in the next block of advanced.  Don't miss it.

Last week of bottom turtle for advanced no gi.  Will get some reps of everything you have been going over to lock it in your memory.

After a great weekend watching ADCC, you saw a bunch of turtle defense from people not wanting to give up takedown points. 2 more weeks of bottom turtle in advanced no gi.  Don't miss it.

Last few weeks of Bottom Turtle in Advanced No Gi.  A great week to drill some guard retention techniques.  Also, don't miss out on No Gi Intermediate.  It is hard to pass up on Kimura's.

Some cool stuff in both No Gi classes this week.  Intermediate has 1 of my favorite ways to sweep.   Advanced is a another cool week from bottom turtle on how to be a little more defensive.

Gi All levels has one of my favorite weeks...Kimura's.  If you done the techniques before, try also thinking about just using the Kimura grip for control also.  Some cool ways that could lead you to the submission or a fun way to get to your partner's back.

There is just an open mat replacing No Go Advanced this week.  Make sure to get some reps in and not let a week pass by.  Just take a few round with either starting in turtle or just making sure you get to turtle.  Don't let a full week go by to forget everything.

For the No Gi advanced guys, just saw this video from one of the best to do it, Meregali, for an attack from Top Turtle.  It is opposite of the defensive end you are working on, but something to think about during the positional training rounds when on top.  It is worth experimenting different grips than just the standard seat belt.
