Gi study will be all about lasso sweeps. We looks at one last week but this week we'll cover a few more and review the points of control needed for an effective lasso.

Have you had difficulties when attempting lasso guard? This slightly different take solves many of the issues I've experienced in the past. Not sure what I mean? Only one way to find out!

Why?

There are a lot of brands I like the look of but for cost and durability Fuji all the way. 

This week are starting to take a look at lasso guard again. Last time it was a popular block. Not a fan? This is a great time to explore it so you know how to shut it down!

Lately I think it'd be cool to see some of the 10th Planet guys. There isn't one in particular but it seems my feed has had quite a few of them. Same thing, I'd just want their 10th Planet specialty with my goal being to adapt it to the gi.

If I can't be on the mats I like to ensure I'm doing some type of physical activity. If that isn't possible consuming content with a purpose. Too often we can get lost into doom scrolling cool moves, we need to research a topics with intention. 

This week we are wrapping up our saddle block, lets trouble shoot, review and get the reps in!
