In All Levels we are still working side control. A spot that all of us have struggled with!

This week I want to show one of my favorite reversals while on bottom side control. We’ll discuss using our hips offensively to get this reversal in motion. See you at 6am!

Bow and arrow. It allows me to slowly apply the choke and talk as much trash as humanly possible while it comes on. 😇

All levels is now into the side control series. Learning how to go from side control to top control is definitely something you want in your rolodex. See you at 6am.  

The further along I get in my journey it’s more mentally challenging. I feel pretty good about conserving energy and not muscling technique but I see more openings and missed opportunities. When I do get in a bad spot, typically, I know what I did wrong to get there.   

This week in all levels we take on the turtle position. This can be an intimidating position so we’ll cover 1 way to transition to the back and 2 ways to get out of turtle.
