Welcome to my favorite week! We’re going over two awesome collar chokes in Gi All Levels that you’ll definitely want to add to your arsenal, be sure to be here this week! 

Be sure to make it in to Gi All Levels this week as we are going over two great attacks from the mount position, the key lock and the arm lock! Definitely will want to add both of these into your arsenal of attacks. Also will be going over a great escape from the bottom mount position.

Continuing to work on top control this week in Gi All Levels with two great escapes and a beautiful sweep to finish things off. Make sure to be there this week if you want to start mastering those escapes from bad positions!
