All about the guillotine this week in Adult All Levels! This is a great week to show up and work on your self defense skills as we are going over two techniques starting in the standing position…you definitely want to be here this week to polish that self defense knowledge base!

Continuing on with back control in gi all levels this week with an escape and two powerful submissions! Be sure to be there this week so we can dive further in to the details of back control, you definitely want to add these techniques into your arsenal! 

Moving on to back control this week in Adult All Levels with a great transition from the guard to back control before going over a back control escape followed up by a powerful submission from the back. You definitely want to be there this week! 

Continuing to work from the guard in Gi All Levels this week. We’ll be going over a great attack in the kimura and then also a plan B if the kimura attempt fails which will allow you to reverse your partner! Be sure to be there this week! 

Continuing to work from the closed guard in Gi All Levels…going over two great attacks and a nice sweep that sequence together quite nicely from the closed guard. Be sure to be there this week if you want to start stringing together attacks from the guard!

Be sure to make it in to Gi All Levels this week as we are going over two great attacks from the mount position, the key lock and the arm lock! Definitely will want to add both of these into your arsenal of attacks. Also will be going over a great escape from the bottom mount position.
