Great week this week in adult fundamentals as well be going over 4 WBMK techniques. Friday we’ll be going over a nice takedown and two variations of the kimura, see you there!

Question of the week! Do you have a specific pathway in your mind you are trying to follow when you start a roll with someone? For me lately it’s been trying to get back takes from any and all positions I find myself in. I find that when I have my partner in back control this is where I find the most success in controlling and ultimately submitting my partner. What about you?

Do you visit other gyms when you’re traveling either for work or on vacation? If so what are some things you look for in a gym you’re going to be visiting?
