Jiu Jitsu is so complex and challenging at times, good training partners are key.  Not only we need to trust them, but also we need them to challenge us mentally and physically.  A good training partner will push up without destroying you, they will motivate you when days are hard, and help you without making you feel stupid. I think that's why we create such strong bonds with others on the mat, which often turn into a longterm friendships. 

Always appreciate your training partners, you can't get better without them.

I personally always have a plan, sometimes it could be working on the very specific set of techniques or concepts, other times it might be just a flow with minimal resistance and continue developing the ability of switch between positions. Goals change from day to day or week to week, however, I'm very strategic and purposeful about my training time.

I feel like with a specific goal or strategy my training is very random and often results and very low success rate.
