I love this week in the Interm Class. We will simply One of the the most challenging topics in grappling… Side Control Escapes.

Often time we transition to Top Control yet we get bumped off and lose the position. This week we put a lot of attention on control the top, and hunting some of the attacks.  Always keep in mind one of the most important concepts in Jiu Jitsu - Position before submission
