From a training perspective, the first 6mo of the year I will be focusing in NoGi and TacFit mobility.

Overall, my misstated stay the same help people discover Jiu Jitsu and grow as leaders knew handshakes at a time.

Over the years, I’ve had many epiphanies. One significant one was when I realized that control isn’t about squeezing and smashing; it’s about allowing them to move on your terms.

Another important realization was that we all fall when nothing supports us. Sweeping and reversing became much easier once I understood this.
