I have 2 perspectives:
Especially early on I think if you have a consistent rolling partner it helps, especially if they were part of your bad day. You can recreate the bad spot with them over text or a phone call. This recreation serves as a decompression.
Now I actually look at the bad days as the reset. Sometimes things will go "too well" for awhile and having a day where someone is constantly beating me up helps me to come back and refocus.
Either way you just have to keep coming back, good days or bad.
