I think I inadvertently have done this. Normally, I'm looking for specific techniques and looking back the instructors I have gravitated toward are normally similar in body type.Β I think the times when they aren't similar, I'm seeking them out for their knowledge on the topic.Β

Bekah BradshawΒ it isn't a pause, because the pause is when someone will capitalize. It's taking a slower more controlled pace.Β 

I feel like often when moving quicker we tend to throw everything we can at our partners, instead think of it as being more intentional with your movements.

I feel there are probably 2 that have been the most impactful and regularly used.

First was Renzo Gracie, he showed how to avoid the bow and arrow choke. I use this often.

If you know me, no surprise. Pete the Greek, as it just burst the door wide open and wrist locks came rushing through!
