Favorite brand is probably war tribe. They have a lot of sub-sizes and I have a hard time fitting regular sizes. 

We’re getting started on the fundamentals block in guard. Closed guard is one of my favorites, looking forward to sharing small tips that have helped out over the years. 

Lovato jr would be sweet. 

Top of my list would be Rickson, Roger Gracie-no subject. .

I feel I’ve been very good at escapes cause that was my main focus as a white belt. And then professor Russell Usauskas started teaching advanced footsies…..now I get caught in strange foot configurations on a regular basis. 

Lets put the fun in fundamentals this week! 

Offensively, the cross collar choke—-a dominant position with a great finish. 

Defensively-Trap, bridge and roll. Reversing a bad situation so we end up in a better spot.

Great question. 

I think instead of trying to drink from the firehose I’d try and master basic fundamentals, leverage, and escapes. 

Once those are set I feel a lot of offense comes naturally. 

Also, wish I would have started earlier just like everyone says. 😉
