Drink water with some electrolyte mix or a pinch of himalayan salt as soon as I can after.  Get the best sleep I can and as much of it as possible.

No Gi Advanced we will be working directly off of the pinch headlock series from last week and converting it to the shoulder crunch.  We are looking at a sweep and attack from that position.  This shoulder crunch went viral years back in the ADCC 2019 finals when Gordon hit this vs Buchecha.  https://youtu.be/kM2MjDXKwRg?si=H56ME-s0CE7LdQhf&t=126

No Gi Advanced is starting on the last series on the near underhook side.  Getting into the pinch headlock series.  Another tool to add to the arsenal from half guard, especially when you can't get underneath your partner.

We covered the main sweeps from the lower leg shift, now we will go into the defensive reactions to have answers if we start losing the position.

We started the basic lower leg shift sweep at the end of last week.  We will get into the other main reactions for the series and how to defend your partner's initial defensive reactions.

Wrapping up dogfight and getting into lower leg shift series.  This series will have options for a bunch of your partner's reactions.  My favorite sweeping series.

The course helped me a ton and I highly recommend.  We use this class to learn how to teach BJJ, but the overall concepts are not BJJ related.  The course teaches you how to communicate in the best way possible for people to absorb the knowledge and how to do that when people learn/remember information in so many ways.  An added benefit is this will give you so much more confidence with having a plan to move forward in your teaching role.  As I lean much more to the introvert side with my personality, I really needed this boost to continue moving forward.
