No Gi Advanced will be getting into attacks. We know how to get to mount with underhooks already, so we are looking into the arm triangle this week.  

No Gi Advanced will continue Mount series with a final technique to get to mount with underhooks already.  Also touch on how to get an underhook if have achieved mount without an upper body control.

No Gi Advanced on Friday will continue on with Mount Attacks.  Continuing on pinning and getting to mount with underhook(s).  

No Gi Advanced is starting back up.  Class has shifted to Friday's at 7pm.  We will be going through an entire Mount attack series.  Hope to see you there!

No No-Gi this week for the holidays again. Have fun at Open mats for those classes. Back to normal scheduling next week and look out for news coming up shortly about No-Gi Advanced starting back up!
