This week in All Levels we are working from the turtle position. We are going to look at a good way to attack the turtle to advance our position to back control. We will also look at two ways to defend when we find ourselves at the bottom of the turtle position. 

Protect your neck! This week in All Levels we’ll be looking at how to both apply the guillotine choke and how to defend it if you unfortunately find yourself in that position! 

Back Control is the most dominant and one of the most fun positions in Jiu Jitsu. Make sure to stop in to work on taking the back and finishing with some powerful chokes!
